Enrollment Policies
Enrollment in each program is based on space-availability and we take various factors into consideration when we receive registration requests:
• the date the registration form, registration fee and first tuition are received;
• any extenuating circumstances affecting the child's welfare or the welfare of a family; and
• the enrollment of siblings or relatives

All parents or guardians are required to complete registration forms and supplemental forms for each child.  The forms and fees must be in our files before we can assume the responsibility for children and parents should notify us if there are changes to any information.

Registration Fee: There is a $45 Non-Refundable registration fee per child at time of enrollment and prior to the first day of class. If you terminate nursery school services and re-apply for admission after an absence of more than 90 days, we require a $25 re-application fee.

Payment Procedures  
The operation of our school depends upon the prompt payment of tuition. Teacher salaries constitute the largest part of the annual budget, with additional expenses for snacks, craft/activity/curriculum supplies, play equipment and books, and maintenance expenses of heat, electricity, telephone and postage.  Tuition payments are required in nine monthly installments, payable in advance, due no later than the 10th of each month according to the following schedule:
1st payment and Registration Fee ($45) -- August 10th
2nd payment -- September 10th
3rd payment -- October 10th
4th payment -- November 10th
5th payment -- December 10th
6th payment -- January 10th
7th payment -- February 10th
8th payment -- March 10th
9th payment -- April 10th
